We are taking on three residential conveyancing firms as design partners. You run live matters through the workspace, we build against what actually holds your files up.
What it costs
Your first 20 matters are free. Matters 21 to 100 are £25 each. Everything you spend during the pilot is credited against your first annual agreement. Standard wholesale afterwards is £79 a matter, from £59 at volume.
What we ask
Around one hour a fortnight. Run real matters through the workspace and tell us plainly where it slows you down.
How long
Twelve weeks, then either side can walk away. Your data exports in full on the day you ask.
Who it suits
Residential firms handling roughly 20 to 300 matters a month who already feel the cost of chasing sellers for paperwork.
What we will measure together
These are the outcomes the pilot is judged on. We agree your baseline in week one and report against it every fortnight — including where we miss.
Fewer enquiry rounds
Target: at least one full round of pre-contract enquiries removed on packs that reach Seller Ready before listing, measured against your own baseline at week one.
Faster evidence return
Target: median seller response within three working days, measured against your firm's week-one email baseline.
Days off the front end
Target: 10 working days saved between instruction and draft contract pack on matters that start UPRN-linked.
Fewer duplicate address errors
Target: zero matters where the file, the pack and the seller's record disagree on which property is being sold.
