Subprocessors
We keep this list short on purpose. These are the third parties that process customer data on our behalf to deliver HomeRekkord.

Document extraction is opt-in per document
A document is only sent to a model provider when you ask us to read it. If you never use extraction, no document content leaves our database and storage provider. We do not use your records to train models.
International transfers
Where a provider processes data outside the UK or European Economic Area, we rely on that provider’s standard contractual clauses and equivalent transfer safeguards. Copies of the relevant terms are available on request.
Changes to this list
We will update this page before a new subprocessor starts handling customer data. If you are on a business or firm agreement and want advance notice by email, tell us at privacy@homerekkord.com and we will add you to the notification list.
