Work, installations, certificates and service events organised against the property rather than a folder of scans.
Consent-led sharing
Access is granted by the owner, scoped to what they choose, time-limited and revocable.
Source and provenance labels
Every item states whether it was supplied by the owner, supplied by a contractor, read from an attached document or attested by the business that did the work.
Reusable records
The record persists across transactions instead of being rebuilt each time.

The data model is being designed with emerging property-data standards in mind.
An honest statement of position
HomeRekkord holds no Land Registry, conveyancing or government accreditation, and is not an official property logbook scheme. It is a private record kept by homeowners, shared at their discretion. Anything you receive through it should be assessed on the source labels attached to it.
