Households should never be charged to keep the evidence about their own home. Money changes hands at the moments where a proper record is worth real money — selling, transferring, claiming and handing over work.
Transaction products
This is how HomeRekkord is funded. Each one is a one-off charge at a moment where the record does the work — no subscription required to buy any of them.
One charge per transaction. Where a participating conveyancer supplies HomeRekkord to you through its wholesale agreement, the seller is not also charged the direct retail Seller Ready Pack fee. You pay either the £129 direct pack or the firm’s wholesale-supplied pack — never both on the same sale.

Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Website payments are processed securely by Stripe. Purchases made within the HomeRekkord iOS app are processed by Apple through the App Store. Fair use means normal household or single-business activity; we will always contact you before applying any limit. Joint ownership and household access are never paywalled.
